Figure 4D showed the infiltration landscape of 22 immune cells in cluster 1 and cluster 2 of bladder cancer. As expected, cluster 1 in bladder cancer was correlated with a higher abundance of CD4 memory-activated T cells, macrophage M1, NK resting cells, CD8 T cells, and follicular helper T cells and a higher abundance of T cells regulatory (Tregs) and macrophage M0 compared with cluster 2 (Figures 4E–K, all p < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and urinary bladder carcinoma.
