The results indicated that YTHDF2 expression was significantly correlated with tumor purity in 12 tumors, and significantly correlated with the infiltration of B cells, CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells, dendritic cells, macrophages and neutrophils in 19, 18, 20, 22, 13, and 23 tumors respectively (Supplementary Figure S7A), among which COAD, KIRC and LGG were the top three significantly correlated cancers (Figure 6A).
