Figure 1A showed that YTHDF2 was overexpressed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma tissues (UCEC), compared with that in the adjacent normal tissues. This evidence concerns the gene YTHDF2 and gastric adenocarcinoma.
