Compared to glioma sample group with lower CASP6 expression levels, the proportions of naïve T cells, activated natural killer (NK) cells, and M0 macrophages were markedly decreased in glioma samples exhibiting higher levels of CASP6 expression, whereas the proportions of gamma delta T cells, monocytes, M2 macrophages, activated dendritic cells, and neutrophils were significantly increased in this group (Figures 4B–D; Supplementary Figures 6B–D). The gene discussed is CASP6; the disease is central nervous system cancer.
