By analyzing the expression of NR2F6 and the clinicopathological characteristics of lung cancer patients, the present study identified that the expression of NR2F6 was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis, clinical stage, and depth of tumor invasion, suggesting that the high expression level of NR2F6 might promote the invasion and metastasis of lung cancer. Here, NR2F6 is linked to metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
