(215), Annexin family members (Annexin A1, A2, A3, A5, A6, A11), Nitrogen permease regulator 2-like protein(NPRL2), Carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 1(CEACAM1), Mucin 1(MUC1), Prominin-1 (PROM1), Histone H4 (HIST1H4A) and Tumor necrosis factor alpha-induced protein 3 (TNFAIP3) were associated with lung cancer, which is helpful in lung cancer diagnosis (215). The gene discussed is TNFAIP3; the disease is lung carcinoma.
