HMGA2 and gastric cancer: CRISPR/Cas9-3NLS/sgHMGA2@PDA can achieve efficient delivery of CRISPR/Cas9-3NLS/sgHMGA2 with a maximum delivery efficiency of 95% and can quickly decompose and release CRISPR/Cas9-3NLS/sgHMGA2 when entering gastric cancer cells, achieving efficient HMGA2 gene editing in gastric cancer cells, with an editing efficiency of 82%.
