MYC and cancer: For the GSEA of METARIC database, it was found that compared with C3, 14 pathways in C1 had significantly increased activity, which were largely cell cycle-related signaling pathways such as MYC targets, E2F targets, G2M checkpoint and cancer-related pathways such as glycolysis, hypoxia, etc. And the activity of 11 pathway decreased significantly, which were mainly immune-related pathways such as complement, inflammatory response, interferon alpha response, allograft rejection, interferon gamma response, etc. (Figure 4A).
