MS4A6A and central nervous system cancer: The results showed significant overexpression of MS4A6A in glioma compared with nontumor brain samples; additionally, the elevated level of MS4A6A incrementally correlated positively with glioma WHO grade (Figures 1A–C). Furthermore, using the HPA database, we verified that MS4A6A was overexpressed in glioma at the protein level (Figures S2A–C).
