Particularly, the levels of expressions for NUDT16, NSUN2, LSM1, AGO2, NCBP2, DCP2, GEMIN5, LARP1, NCBP3, EIF4A1, NCBP1, CYFIP1, EIF4G3, NUDT3, SNUPN, EIF4E2, METTL1, WDR4, and EIF3D in cancer tissues were significantly higher (all p < 0.001) than those in normal tissues.
