CXCL3 is a known angiogenic chemokine and participates in the chemotaxis of neutrophils (Rainard et al., 2008), in addition, CXCL3 inhibits the growth of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma by attracting neutrophils (Chen et al., 2017).
