Results of present study suggested that CD4+, CD4+/CD8+, and NK cells in both groups went markedly higher after treatment, and it was notable that OG held much vivid improvement on these indicators when compared to CG, indicating that the PD-1 inhibitor combined with chemotherapy could more effectively improve the immune function of NSCLC patients than chemotherapy alone. This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
