Cox proportional hazards regression model analysis confirmed that high C16orf54 expression was related to poor OS in LGG, LAML, pan-kidney cohort (KIPAN), and uveal melanoma (UVM), whereas low expression was associated with a poor prognosis in SKCM, SKCM-M, sarcoma (SARC), CESC, LUAD, LIHC, and OV (Figure 2(a)). The gene discussed is C16orf54; the disease is cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
