Th17-related cytokines including IL-12B (median: 6.16 vs. 9.03, p = 0.0194), IL-17A (median: 0.32 vs. 1.05, p = 0.0026), and IL-22 (median: 4.41 vs. 4.41, p = 0.0120) were moderately higher in psoriasis patients than in healthy controls, whereas sera TNF-α, IL-17F, IL-1α, IL-6, IL-10, IL-15, IFN-γ, and G-CSF were comparable between the two groups. Here, IFNG is linked to psoriasis.
