After adjusting to sex, hypertension, fatty liver, hyperlipemia, diabetes mellitus, heart rate, Hb, preoperative oxygenation impairment, aortic dissection, mechanical ventilation time, pneumonia, and AKI, BMI remained significantly correlated with postoperative oxygenation impairment in patients with AAS (OR, 95% CI, P: 1.27, 1–1.46, 0.001) and excess weight. This evidence concerns the gene GSTM1 and familial hyperlipidemia.
