Multiple basic experiments indicated that ISO-1 inhibited the activation of P38MAPK (mitogen-activated protein kinase), NF-κB and NLRP3 pathway and further reduced inflammation response, exerting protective effect on AKI associated with SAP, APIP and shock (Li M. et al., 2019; Liu et al., 2021; Patel et al., 2022).
