Histologically, our case was suspected to have a low-grade mesenchymal tumor such as SFT, PEComa, or liposarcoma, but there was no noticeable change in the sarcomatoid component, and immunostaining was negative for melanocyte markers, CD34, STAT6, and CDK4, then there was little evidence to support these findings. The gene discussed is STAT6; the disease is neoplasm with perivascular epithelioid cell differentiation.
