The non-responding group of genes (including DHCR24, SNHG25, TRPM8, IFI6, FKBP2, PPDPF, HLA-DRA, TAGLN, TIMP1, AEBP1, IGFBP7, MGP, A2M, and CD74) has previously been described to correlate with e.g., androgen-independence, cell migration, resistance, PCa, cancer, tumor stroma, immune response, and inflammation61–74 (see Supplementary Tables 5–6 for complete list including downregulated genes). The gene discussed is TIMP1; the disease is neoplasm.
