(13) showed that Treg cluster cells, characterized by their high expression of CD25, FoxP3 and CTLA4, expressed high levels of proinflammatory cytokines such as LTA, IL-24, IL-33 and a T-cell exhaustion marker of TIGIT (47) in psoriasis skin.
