As shown in Supplementary Figure S4A, the expression levels of AKAP12 in tumor tissues of bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), BRCA, CESC, COAD, head, and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), kidney chromophobe (KICH), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), LUSC, prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), thyroid carcinoma (THCA), UCEC (p < 0.05) were lower as relative to the corresponding control tissues. This evidence concerns the gene AKAP12 and neoplasm.
