AKAP12 and cancer: To sum up, our pan-cancer analysis first revealed that AKAP12 was statistically associated with anti-VEGF inhibitors’ sensitivity, clinical prognosis, DNA methylation, protein phosphorylation, and immune cell infiltration of various cancers, contributing to a more comprehensive appreciation of the role of AKAP12 in tumorigenesis and anti-VEGF resistance and the discovery of possible therapeutic targets.
