C1QC and neoplasm: Surprisingly, the signalling pathways enriched by the three genes in the high-expression group were almost identical (Figure 9), including “antigen processing and presentation,” “B-cell receptor signalling pathway,” “T-cell receptor signalling pathway,” “natural killer cell-mediated cytotoxicity,” “leukocyte transendothelial migration,” “Fc gamma R-mediated phagocytosis,” “cytokine–cytokine receptor interaction,” and “chemokine signalling pathway.” In addition to their important roles in anti-tumour immunity, C1QA, C1QB, and C1QC were also significantly enriched in apoptotic pathways.
