We show that in the model of glioblastoma, G9a and PARP3 functionally cooperate to regulate the expression of the adhesion genes Nfasc and Parvb and the hypoxia-responsive genes Mlh1, Hif-2α, Runx3, Ndrg1, Ndrg2 and Ndrg4. While exploring the outcome in the hypoxic response, we uncovered a contribution of PARP3 in the cytoskeleton microtubules stability. This evidence concerns the gene EHMT2 and glioblastoma.
