The classical CSF markers for Alzheimer’s disease Aβ1-42 and p181-Tau were within the clinically normal range (age-related cut-off: Aβ1-42 < 600 pg/ml; p181-Tau >57) in the SNCATriplication patient and comparable to PDGBA_severe and PDwildtype. This evidence concerns the gene MAPT and early-onset autosomal dominant Alzheimer disease.
