CD11c-CreTg/0/Crlf2L2/L2 mice (named as Crlf2CD11c–/–) together with their CD11c-Cre0/0/Crlf2L2/L2 CT littermates were i.d. grafted with B16F10 cells, followed by MC903 treatment on RE and EtOH on LE, as shown in Figure 3A. Comparison of tumor cell areas in RE and LE showed that the RE/LE ratio was reduced in Crlf2CD11c–/– mice (Figure 3, D and E), suggesting that TSLPR expressed by DCs was crucially required for the tumor-promoting effect of TSLP.
