Our Kaplan–Meier analysis demonstrated that high expression of COL1A1 (Figure S2A), COL1A2 (Figure S2B), COL3A1 (Figure S2C), COL5A1 (Figure S2D), COL8A1 (Figure S2E), ELN (Figure S2F), FN1 (Figure S2G) resulted in lower OS in all grade glioma patients, in turn causing poor prognosis. The gene discussed is COL1A2; the disease is central nervous system cancer.
