FDX1 and bladder transitional cell carcinoma: The results showed that the high expression of FDX1 was a good prognostic factor in some cancers (HR < 1), stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), cervical squamous cell carcinoma (CSCC), bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), kidney chromophobe (KICH), kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), mesothelioma (MESO), pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma (PCPG), and uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS) (Figures 5(a) and 5(b)).
