We found that Enterococcus faecium (ASV2), Lactobacillus paracasei (ASV141), Klebsiella pneumoniae (ASV94, ASV108, and ASV144), and Escherichia coli (ASV1), had positive correlation with microbial gene functions concerning staphylococcus aureus infection, phosphotransferase system, ABC transporters, synthesis and degradation of ketone bodies, while they had a negative correlation with antigen processing and presentation, protein digestion and absorption, and restriction enzyme. The gene discussed is ABCG2; the disease is staphylococcus aureus infection.
