The results showed that the expression levels of WTAP, HNRNPC, IGF2BP1, and FTO exhibited a striking distinction between healthy and AD samples, among which WTAP, HNRNPC, and FTO were significantly upregulated, while IGF2BP1 was downregulated compared with the normal group (Figures 1A,B).
