The concentrations of IL-2, IL-7, basic fibroblast growth factor (FGF), granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF), platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF-bb), and other factors in the normal control group were significantly higher than those in the advanced lymphoma patients, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The gene discussed is IL2; the disease is lymphoma.
