Consistent with the above findings, GO and KEGG analysis for the correlated genes associated with high group of MMP1 were significantly enriched in wound healing, cell-substrate adhesion, cell-matrix adhesion, PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, human papillomavirus infection, focal adhesion, and proteoglycans in cancer (Figures 6(a) and 6(c)). The gene discussed is MMP1; the disease is cancer.
