The results showed the level of CDK2AP1 expression is up-regulated in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), cholangio carcinoma (CHOL), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), Esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC) and eight other tumors while down-regulated in Kidney Chromophobe (KICH) (Figure 1A). The gene discussed is CDK2AP1; the disease is bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
