The results demonstrated that a large majority of cuproptosis-associated genes including FDX1, LIAS, LIPT1, DLD, DLAT, PDHA1, PDHB, MTF1, and GLS had higher expression in normal tissues compared with renal cancer tissues, whereas CDKN2A was highly expressed in renal cancer tissues, which was very consistent with the results of our previous analysis (Figure 12).
