However, the expression levels of DYRK2 in the tumor tissues of COAD (Colon adenocarcinoma), READ (Rectum adenocarcinoma) (P < 0.001),KICH (Kidney Chromophobe)(P < 0.01) were less than the normal tissues of the control.Immunohistochemical staining revealed that in gastric cancer, DYRK2 staining was deeper in the cancerous tissue than in the corresponding paracancerous tissue. This evidence concerns the gene DYRK2 and colon adenocarcinoma.
