CEACAM5 and rectal cancer: The regression analysis results were as follows: age (P = 0.003, OR = 0.352, 95% CI: 0.176–0.703), distance from tumor to the anus (DTAV) (P = 0.037, OR = 2.113, 95% CI: 1.047–4.266), preoperative CEA (P = 0.005, OR = 0.372, 95% CI: 0.187–0.74), changes in lymphocytes (P = 0.002, OR = 0.297, 95% CI: 0.136–0.648), changes in platelets (P = 0.045, OR = 2.016, 95% CI: 1.015–4.004) was an independent risk factor affecting the pathological response of locally advanced rectal cancer after NCRT (Table 5).
