Figures 3(a) and 3(b) show the most enriched GO terms in biological process, molecular function (MF), and cellular component (CC), such as “protein binding,” “nucleotide binding,” “cytoplasm,” “cytosol,” “transferase activity,” “oxidation-reduction process,” and “ATP binding.” Additionally, the KEGG pathway enrichment analysis indicated that these genes were also significantly enriched in “ubiquitin-mediated proteolysis,” “Rap1 signaling pathway,” “pathways in cancer,” “PI3K-Akt signaling pathway,” “p53 signaling pathway,” “axon guidance,” and the “Ras signaling pathway.” Here, AKT1 is linked to cancer.
