As presented in Table S1, clinical analysis clarified that ALKBH3‐AS1 was expressed at higher levels in HCC samples from patients with large tumours (≥5 cm, p = 0.011), venous infiltration (p = 0.007) and advanced tumour stages (III + IV, p = 0.006). Here, ALKBH3 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
