Consistently, increases were also observed in serum levels of TG and TC in NAFLD mice treated with EVs-miR-223-3p inhibitor alone relative to the NC group, and these increases were negated in the presence of EVs-miR-223-3p inhibitor + LV-sh-E2F1 (Figure 7e).
