To analyse the roles of these m6A regulators in CHD, least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) regression was performed on the 30 m6A regulators for feature selection and dimension reduction to identify the significant genes, and we found that four genes, including HNRNPC, YTHDC2, YTHDF3, and ZC3H13, were significant in CHD (Figures 3A–C; Supplementary Table 3). This evidence concerns the gene HNRNPC and coronary artery disorder.
