The result showed that eight hub genes were upregulated in patients with CHD compared to the normal people (Figure 10A), including alpha hemoglobin stabilizing protein (AHSP), carbonic anhydrase 1 (CA1), solute carrier family 4 member 1 (SLC4A1), selenium binding protein 1 (SELENBP1), erythrocyte membrane protein band 4.2 (EPB42), tropomodulin 1 (TMOD1), late cornified envelope 5A (LCE5A), dematin actin binding protein (DMTN). This evidence concerns the gene TMOD1 and coronary artery disorder.
