In this ceRNA network analysis, three miRNAs, hsa-miR-26b-5p, hsa-miR-29a-3p, and hsa-miR-150-5p, were observed to target multiple GINS mRNAs simultaneously, while the THUMPD3-AS1 was found to be a lncRNA that regulates most mRNAs of GINS genes in sarcoma by binding simultaneously to hsa-miR-26a-5p and hsa-miR-29a-3p. The gene discussed is THUMPD3; the disease is sarcoma.
