SOAT1 and glioma: Rong et al. (2020) identified GINS4 as an important prognostic biomarker that promotes colorectal cancer growth by inhibiting apoptosis and accelerating cell cycle and colony formation processes. Liu et al. (2021) found that GINS4 was upregulated in gliomas and associated with poorer survival, and may regulate the immune microenvironment and promote the malignant progression of gliomas by participating in the JAK-STAT pathway.
