NFKB1 and atrial fibrillation: At 120 h, macrophages cultured on lysate-conditioned TeflonTM AF surfaces continued to have increased NF-κB/AP-1 activity and RANTES expression when compared to 10% FBS-conditioned surfaces, while MCP-1 expression for the lysate group had returned to levels that appear similar to the 10% FBS control group.
