ZFP57 (Chen et al., 2019), FGFR2 (Xi et al., 2014), and WNK4 (Fackler et al., 2011), have been related to breast cancer, and WNK4 also with hypertension (Mu et al., 2011; Ching et al., 2021) associated with suffering coronary heart disease (Deschênes et al., 2021), conditions that are common among the long-term consequences of the abuse and neglect (Strathearn et al., 2020). This evidence concerns the gene ZFP57 and breast cancer.
