Immunofluorescence staining of glioblastoma cells transfected with Flag-tagged AKT3-174aa also supported the co-localization of AKT3-174aa with p-PDK1, suggesting that AKT3-174aa preferred to inhibit thr308 of AKT by interacting with p-PDK1. The gene discussed is AKT3; the disease is glioblastoma.
