CNBP and gastric cancer: The further studies on the mechanism of circ-HuR regulating gastric cancer progression showed that circ-HuR could interact with CNBP (CCHC-type zinc finger nucleic acid binding protein) by binding its RGG (arg gly gly) box domain and thus regulate HuR transcriptional activity by inhibiting the binding of CNBP to HuR promoter, indicating that circ-HuR could inhibit gastric cancer progression by inhibiting parent gene HuR transcription.
