CD274 and non-small cell lung carcinoma: The FDA granted the breakthrough therapy designation to tiragolumab, an anti-TIGIT antibody, in combination with atezolizumab for the treatment of NSCLC with high PD-L1 expression on January 2021 according to the results of the CITYSCAPE trial, a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled phase II trial that examined the efficacy and safety of tiragolumab in combination with atezolizumab as first-line therapy in NSCLC patients with PD-L1 expression of ≥1%, which was presented at ASCO 2020 (98).
