M1 macrophages were found to be associated with “graft-versus-host disease,” “JAK/STAT signaling pathway,” “toll-like receptor signaling pathway,” “antigen processing and presentation,” “cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction,” “hematopoietic cell lineage,” and “autoimmune thyroid disease” in both FFA and rosacea. Here, SOAT1 is linked to autoimmune thyroid disease.
