Similarly, the expression levels of CDK1 gene were significantly higher in liver cancer (fold change of 5.573, P=1.05E − 84), colon cancer (fold change of 2.274, P=6.34E − 13), breast cancer (fold change of 2.325, P=2.36E − 48), esophageal cancer (fold change of 2.929, P=1.54E − 26), and pancreatic cancer (fold change of 3.888, P=1.37E − 7) than in the adjacent normal tissues (Supplementary Table 1). This evidence concerns the gene CDK1 and familial pancreatic carcinoma.
