Lopes-Coelho et al. (2016) found that hepatocyte nuclear factor 1β (HNF1) promotes glutathione synthesis to avoid carboplatin resistance in ovarian clear cell carcinoma. (2018) clarified that cysteine protects cells from hypoxia and carboplatin effect to develop ovarian cancer. Santos et al.
