The results showed that 66 (44.30%) patients with AD were APOE ε4‐noncarriers (ε2/ε3, ε3/ε3), whereas 83 (55.70%) patients with AD were APOE ε4‐carriers (ε2/ε4, ε3/ε4, ε4/ε4). This evidence concerns the gene APOE and Alzheimer disease.
