OTUD5 and urinary bladder carcinoma: Consistent with the recent published data that OTUD5 can positively regulate mTOR signaling [21], we found that OTUD5 might regulate the mTOR signaling pathway through enrichment analysis of mass spectrometry results and further confirmed the OTUD5-induced mTOR signaling activation in bladder cancer, unveiling the mechanism underlying the cancer-promoting role of OTUD5.
