Patients aged > 55 years were more likely to have DM (58.3%), CVD (69.96%), COPD (17.94%), malnutrition (albumin level 3.71 g/dL), and a higher proportion of AVG and Perm-catheter for dialysis vascular access (19.38% vs. 2.1%, p < 0.05) than those ≤ 55 years. This evidence concerns the gene ALB and nutritional deficiency disease.
