To test whether USP14 and UCHL5 maintain cell proliferation of CML, we knocked down USP14 and/or UCHL5 in KBM5 and KBM5‐T315I cells and observed that knockdown of either USP14 or USPL5 alone decreased BCR‐ABL expression and CML cell viability (Figure 4A–E).
