In addition, we further evaluated the correlation of CDCA3 with immune checkpoint gene expression in pan-cancer, and the results showed that CDCA3 expression was positively correlated with the expression of multiple immune checkpoint genes in THYM, TGCT, LUSC, and CESC, among which HAVCR2, PDCD1LG2, and SIGLEC15 genes were the most significant (Figure 6(d)). The gene discussed is HAVCR2; the disease is cancer.
